As part of Konica Minolta’s ongoing commitment to improving our service there will be a planned upgrade to our backend systems taking place from Friday 11th July to Monday 14th July
During the upgrade there will be a short period of planned downtime, where our on-line ordering portal (eBiz) will be offline from Friday 11th July, during which time you will not be able to place orders or book service calls.
If your request is urgent, please contact our Service Desk directly, who will be happy to assist you.
If your device is set up to auto-order, these orders will be processed automatically as soon as our systems are back up and running on Monday, July 14th. Please be assured we will do everything possible to minimise any disruption.
